HOW
IT WORKS
- You
complete and submit our Listing Update Notifier so that we know exactly
what it is you're looking for. We will only send listings that meet
the criteria you provide.
- We
submit your criteria to the MLS computer. We will then send you a
copy by email or by fax or phone, on request.
- You
read the details of the listing, look at the photo, even do a drive
by if you'd like.
- You
decide if you'd like to view the listing.
- If
so, you notify us by e-mail or phone and we make the necessary arrangements
to view the home at a time that's convenient for you.
